Our Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model enables clients to access reliable, sustainable energy infrastructure without the burden of upfront capital expenditure. Genesis Energy designs, finances, builds, owns, operates, and maintains the energy assets, while clients pay for the electricity consumed through an agreed tariff structure or service fee. This tariff-based model provides predictable energy costs, improved reliability, and immediate access to modern energy infrastructure, allowing businesses to focus on their core operations while we manage the entire energy lifecycle.

Build - Operate -Transfer (BOT)
Under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, Genesis Energy finances, develops, constructs, and operates energy infrastructure for a defined concession period before transferring ownership to the client or host entity. Depending on the client's requirements, the project can be structured on either a tariff-based arrangement, where the client purchases energy produced by the asset, or a lease-based arrangement, where the client makes agreed lease payments over the concession period. This flexible approach enables clients to benefit from private-sector expertise, operational excellence, and reduced upfront capital requirements while securing long-term asset ownership.

Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT)
Under the Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model, Genesis Energy finances, develops, constructs, owns, and operates energy infrastructure for an agreed concession period before transferring ownership to the client or host entity. Projects can be structured on either a tariff-based arrangement, where clients purchase the energy generated by the asset, or a lease-based arrangement, where payments are made for the use of the infrastructure over time.
