Genesis Energy Group’s vision is “lighting Up Africa, One community at a time”

GENESIS in 2019 through one of its African subsidiaries, GEL UTILITY LIMITED, issued a ~$36.1M Bond in Nigeria, the largest infrastructure Bond at the time for the refinancing of the Port-Harcourt refinery power plant.
This Bond was unconditionally guaranteed by the USDFC and InfraCredit.
